Double Unders x 60
Plate Burpees x 20 (Jump and land on 45# plate, overhead clap is NOT required)
KB Clean & Press/Jerk x 10 @ 70/44# (5 ea hand) - KB does not need to touch the ground after picked up.
Box Jump Overs x 20 @ 30/24" (jump on, then over IS allowed - Side splits over box is NOT allowed)
Squat Clean Thrusters x 10 @ 135/85
