Burpees and Heavy Bag work
Work
w/ 20# weighted vest
5 Rounds
5 Inverted Pushups (Feet 12-18" above hands)
5 Pullups (Strict if possible)
15 Lunges
15 Squats
5 Tire Flips
200m Ball Carry
then, remove vest and repeat
