-Work 6 minutes, rest 2, then Down the ladder from highest rep you left at.
If you were on rep 8 of 10 of KB Swings, start second 6 minutes on Floor press and continue 10,8,6,4..

Floor Wipers (left side, bottom, right side = 1)
KB Swings, American (Heavy)
Goblet Squat (Same weight as KB Swing)

Prowler Push 40m
Sled Pull 40m

Do 1 prowler push, then immediately 1 sled pull, recover while others work
